1. Online Store Operation (Background in Graphic Design)
Location: Rivonia, Sandton, Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:
1) Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operation of the online store.
2) Order Processing and Fulfilment. Oversee order management, ensuring timely processing, shipping, and delivery, coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to streamline order fulfilment. Handle order tracking, cancellations, returns and return collection.
3) Product and Inventory Management. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Coordinate stock levels, ensuring availability and reducing out-of-stock situations.
4) Sales and Marketing Support. Assist in executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales strategies. Monitor and analyse sales trends, suggesting improvements to boost revenue.
Requirements:
1) Proficient in computer skills with a background in graphic design, familiar with image editing software like Photoshop etc.
2) Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
3) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4) Integrity, proactiveness, teamwork.
5) E-commerce operation experience will be preferred
2. Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator/Controllor
Location: Rivonia, Sandton, Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:
1) Warehouse Operations Management. Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Ensure all inventory is stored properly. Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
2) Inventory Control and Accuracy. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations. Ensure proper handling and labeling of goods to minimize damage and loss.
3) Logistics and Delivery Management. Oversee the planning and execution of deliveries and collections to ensure on-time fulfillment. Coordinate with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations. Handle return processes, damaged goods, and exchanges efficiently.
4) Compliance, Safety, and Maintenance. Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Conduct regular inspections to maintain workplace safety and operational efficiency. Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
Requirements:
1) Strong warehouse operations knowledge and experience.
2) Proficient in computer skills, familiar with inventory management systems and logistics software.
3) Valid driver’s license & driving experience
4) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
